::Called and waited for someone in the Electrical department, with my own experience working in retail I understand it's busy so I didn't mind the wait. When I was finally on the phone with someone they barely let me get 2 words in after I said I had a question regarding ceiling fans. They assumed what I was calling about and didn't even listen when I tried to say what I was actually asking about.. they WERE NOT helpful. They didn't even answer the question I had tried to ask but something completely different that I didn't even need the answer to!! I thought that was rather ignorant. I called the South store and they were extremely helpful and let me fully explain my question and gave me a full response and made sure I understood their answer. Unimpressed with the customer service over the phone.
