  Bryce was so awesome! Had a massive home reno project and Bryce saved the day with making sure we had everything we were going to need to get it done and sharing some tips and tricks for getting it done easier. And in case anyone doesn’t know they have a van rental to get home the supplies if they don’t fit in your vehicle.

  Only visit this store if you are both willing and have time to navigate through the inventory on your own. Note to HD staff: if you don’t know the answer to a question, just tell the customer and find another team member who may know. Stop wasting the customers time bantering and dragging them down multiple wrong isles. The humble dummie gets the order.

  My advice would be to shop elsewhere.  I TRY to be very understanding when errors are made.  So when I was shopping at Home Depot & they order swatches & they DON'T ARRIVE the 1st time and I have to drive an hour and a half ONE WAY to take paint chips and pick up Swatch books I try to be understanding. I also try to be understanding when they don't give me ALL of the sample books but I'm ALREADY BACK home an hour and a half away. I try to be understanding as to why the 2nd samples don't arrive...AGAIN. And I try to be understanding when their computers crash in the middle when we finally get to place the order. And I try to be understanding when they deliver 1 of 4 items and leave the parcel it in the my backyard underneath  the Rooftop  of melting snow to be either damaged by water and snow or stolen.  But now they are refusing to ship my remaining items to me saying they have already been shipped but which I did not receive! They will only ship them to the store! YES the store that is an hour and a half ONE WAY from where I live!! That is 6 hrs of driving because THEY have made the errors....yep that's the HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!  So when I call and speak to the assistant GM Mike, he tells me he's going to get back to me within a few hours. The next day I get a call from when of the staff members who originally helped us saying that when they were going to inquire if they will ship the product directly to me but they had yet to contact the supplier as they had already closed for the day. After 2 days of not hearing anything from anyone I called back to which I spoke to someone in General inquiries who gave me a tracking number, that does not exist in my couriers system. I have called the 1-800 customer service line and they wanted ME to contact the carrier & FOR ME to pay the shipping...unreal. Customer service of Home Depot requires alot of work. This experience has been frustrating & time consuming, I can honestly say I regret spending my money at Home Depot and I'm happy I found this out at the beginning of my home renos & Appliance replacement.

  Asked for help in locating counters from a couple employees and they were very helpful. Unfortunately the wood countertop is on back order so no luck there.
