::Its Home Depot. Just a couple quick things to know. Its fun to get in and out of the parking lot of this Depot. If it's your first visit be aware that you'll need to turn at the stop light next to the LCBO to actually get into the lot. The parking lot is small and the building itself appears quite run down. It doesn't help that it's under a set of high tension hydro pylons. Inside, it appears to be your run of the mill Home Depot. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I'd rate it higher but I hate the location, the parking lot and the building itself just looks so dated.

::Smaller store that might not carry certain specialty/less popular items. This store has the best staff out of all the stores, though. I go to home Depot all over Ottawa because of my job, and these guys are the best. Contractors counter here is the so awesome :) and the parking lot guy who gets the carts and helps load the materials is so nice. Always a pleasure!

::The staff here is alright, but the manager Adam and another manager Dan, are truly what make this store stand out. I've never had an issue that they didn't find me a solution for and make sure I'm always happy. They go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure I will be a returning customer. Most stores have black and white policies, well they manage to find grey for me and that is what defines a store's service. The location is generally clean, well lit and organized, i just wish there were more employees because it's a huge store and I always have a hard time finding someone to help me. There are plenty of shopping carts and a wide variety of types of carts for difference needs. Overall I would give them an A+ and this was and will always be my 'home' Home Depot! Thank you!
