  Best bagels in town, and great selection. Very reasonable price, just as good or better than grocery stores. Great service too.

  Great bagels, if they knew how to make and serve them. Staff is slow or half asleep, under the influence maybe? Cream cheese is seldom on the bagel and usually in the middle hole or on the bag, outside or inside. They don't wrap the bagel or put napkins in the bag so when you realize it's all over it's usually on your clothes or hands when you reach in the bag. How hard is it to spread it on the actual bagel? Quite hard apparently. Orders are painfully slow, even if you are the only non staff in the building, and I've been there multiple times where the "person in charge" or supervisor/manager is talking loudly or arguing in the back with staff. She will not acknowledge you are even there. Once she even spoke about firing someone loud enough for me to hear. I only go here because the 8th street location is great and this one is by my work. I think I've given up. Too bad because this location is much nicer and their bagels are great, if they knew how to serve them.

  Always tasty. Staff didn't know the ingredients of the soup though and the seating area had an artificial deodorizer smell that was off putting. Next time, it's to go.

  Love their bagels. They need more staff to keep the flow of customers moving faster. Great place to have your bagel and coffee. Staff is friendly.
