  I am petrified of Dentist and I feel so calm and relaxed at this location. The staff is so friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. I highly recommend The Dentist @ Thickwood.

  I usually hate dentists and dental work, but this place was surprisingly great! The staff were caring and explained everything, high-tech & low pain. Worth traveling from Edmonton for and they are my go-to dentist when I am working near Ft Mac.

  As many of us fear going to the dentist from experiences from childhood, if you are in your 50s. You will understand that I get very anxious when i know my dental appointment is approaching. It gets to the point that I bring anxiety medication with me just in case. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. And, I am surrounded by such a relaxing atmosphere that I quickly forget about my anxiety. The staff, are so friendly, from the greeting at the reception, to the dental Hygienists and/or dental assistant and the Dentist, And so informative. Not once as a patient am I not made aware in advance exactly what will be taken place next during a treatment or procedure. I am always asked if I am doing ok and assured that I am in control of stopping the procedure if I need to at any time. All these above mentioned attributes make going to The Dentists @ Thickwood an experience that I no longer await anxiously. No more nervous, sleepless nights before an appointment. Dentistry has come a long way and The Dentists @ Thickwood have added one very important ingredient to their practice and that would be genuine CARE for their clientele. I would highly recommend The Dentists @ Thickwood to any person who suffers from anxiety or panic attacks. They have worked for me.
