  Wow. Giving this rating of a one is too high. Can't believe you can't get a smile out of the people at this restaurant. Totally unbelievable. The lady that is older with the dark black hair, would rather die than smile. The older gentleman, I don't know if these are the owners, will not smile at you either. The food was half-assed, and the prices are high. Certainly not impressed. If you were in customer service, it is a great idea if you would smile at people and ask them how they're doing.

  Went for a birthday supper yesterday. There were 15 of us, and when making the reservation I told them that half of us were children. When we arrived there were no coloring sheets or crayons on the table, and we didn't not receive any until we asked after about 45 minutes of waiting. Our server seemed like everything was inconvenient or made her frazzled. Some guests were late joining us, we ordered appetizers when they arrived and she said she would be back in 5 minutes to take our orders, but didn't come back for it until our appetizers were ready. When I asked for our bill after we were finished eating (we had plans that we ended up having to cancel because of our extended meal time) she made it seem like that was a super inappropriate time and responded with a sigh and hurried off. 4 of the adult guests ordered drums and sticks and 3 said the ribs were dry and the chicken was bland. Our calamari was over salted (but the guests were starving so it was eaten), and my French onion soup was so salty it was inedible. My waitress did not ask me about my uneaten soup either. Some of our guests are semi regular customers there, and they seemed fine with the service. The rest of us were disappointed. The food was reasonably priced, but still not worth it. My family and I won't be returning, nor will some of our guests.

  My husband took me here a couple years ago on valentines day and they gave us a wonderful cave like booth. The atmosphere was unique and romantic, the service was excellent and the food was utterly delicious! I couldn't have had a better experience elsewhere! I highly recomend this place!

  Went on Feb 10th 2018. Had reservations for 7pm. We were seated by 7:10. Then everything went downhill. It took half an hour to get our drinks. About 40 minutes after that the waitress comes and tells a person I was with that the prime rib he ordered an hour before was sold out. We did not get our food until 8:30. No salad no buns for an hour and a half. The buns looked like the dinner rolls you buy across the street at super store. Another person we were with was informed as they were bringing out the food, that was ordered 1 and a half hours prior that they were out of baked potatoes. Out of baked potatoes? There is a grocery store across the street!!!! This shows that the mashed are out of a box and the lemon potatoes must come frozen from the supplier. Not what you would expect when paying these prices. My food was meh. My wife loved her steak though.

  Went on a Sunday evening. Made reservation well ahead so was surprised to be seated in the high traffic area by the kitchen. Food was decent quality and generous portion. I have had better steak but as this is a Family Restaurant, not a Steakhouse it was great for the price. Would recommend ordering 1 stage under how you want it cooked. My medium-rare was pretty close to medium. Server was new and struggled a bit with her English and knowledge of the menu. She was very nice and was doing her best. Very quick to refill water and clear plates. Overall an enjoyable experience with good food at a decent price.
