  They refuse to sell from showroom. When they can't get it in stock for a month and half when purchasing a tv a stand and surround system but r3fuaed to sell showroom model stand and then when settled for another was informed we would have to wait for that too. Be not into customer satisfaction at all .

  Nothing but five star service @ the brick in Prince George!!!! Katie hammel is an absolute dream to work with!!! They really know there customer service and I would reccomend shopping here to anyone !! They took me in as an out of town case and made it there prioritiy to serve me with the best experience I had to date!!!!

  We expected to have our appliances delivered today but after calling have been told that they won't arrive for another few days. It would have been nice to have been contacted by The Brick about this change so we could plan ahead rather than having to call myself just to find out on moving day. Now we're out a fridge full of food that will go to waste plus the inconvience of not having any appliances for 3 days.

  Juanita was a great help with purchase of my kitchen appliances. I made a mistake on the style of refrigerator that would fit my space so she corrected it with no problems. And when my stove arrived with a dent and bent warming drawer it was replaced with no hassles. Would shop at The Brick again.

  Terrible, terrible service. Ordered a washer and dryer set, bed, and couch. We were told the bed was a platform style, which it was not, no apology or anything. The washer and dryer were a special order, but took twice as long to get in as the salesman said, (7 weeks instead of 3) once again, no apology or anything. The delivery/install crew was incompetent, and only stacked the washer and dryer, but couldn't figure out how to install it properly. Would not recommend. Better going somewhere else.
