There is no mention that you will deliver to my home an unpacked product. The Brick specifically states in original packaging. As you have failed to live up to your policy please have my appliances, in their original packaging, ready for me to pick up Friday April 13th, 2018 and any delivery charges removed from my purchase. Should my purchase not be in its original packaging I will refuse pickup and demand a refund." ☆refer to website policy on delivery That's was the start of my problems with Darrell at the Whitehorse branch. Next day... "Just unwrapped it the appliances. Scratches all over. That's why I asked for original packaging. This had been a terrible experience and the Brick is at fault, as stated previous, for not following policy and delivering my purchase in original packaging. Please contact me to discuss how you are you going to proceed. Jesse McCord" Guess we wait and see.

  I have been doing business with the BRICK for years and in particular working with Darcy who has been great. My most recent venture to purchase furniture was low pressure and quality customer service. I felt my business was valued and really appreciated the follow up from Chelsea to confirm that I had a good experience with The Brick. Delivery was prompt and the delivery crew were professional, courteous, and polite. I will be back to do business with The Brick in the future. Thank you Darcy and Chelsea and the delivery crew.

  Typical Brick experience. Decent pricing, had what I wanted in stock.

  They wont accept visa as payment. They cancel the deal no interest no payment if you pay your bill in advance. you have to pay monthly not in advance regardless or they cancel the deal early and charge double the payment you would have. You can get trapped in their fine print and be stuck paying off their card for years if not careful. Furniture is cheap my couch had to be repaired 3x from new and each time it came back they broke something else. horrible store.

  Horriable service bought stainless steel fridge there specifically told the salesman want the door to be on right side only to get the fridge in over month later and was in left side called him to discuss matter and he just lied saying we asked if was reversable if thinking buying expensive appliances the brick isn t recommend
