  This location is by far the worst I have seen in 25 years You have to wait 30 minutes to get an answer I was waiting at the cash for 30 minutes just to get told that the item is not in stock. The cashier that was serving about 9 people and was continously paging managers and no one showed up and apparently they were all on the floor walking around. I am writing this review because of frustrated cashier who told me to make sure to write a BAD review. This location has too many managers and not enough workers and the mangers are nowhere to be found when they are paged, no one is eager to help. HBC might as close this location. It's always dead and no service. I will never come here again and I cancelled my card!

  Good selection for men. not as good for women according to my wife. Still a good shopping experience overall.

  Horrible, never anyone to help you, and they have no idea of what has been advertised especially beauty products, never going again, nothing like the service at the downtown store
