  Stayed here about a week ago with my family. While driving up we were amazed at how nice the parking area and front desk area was. We were floored when we found out our two queen room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite for free. We have never seen anything like this before. The staff was absolutely amazing. We went up to the pool area and it was stunning. Room Service was quick and the food was fantastic also. Wish we could afford to stay at hotels like this all the time. Trump Towers in Toronto deserves a 6 star rating or higher. They went above and beyond and our stay was incomparable.

  Five stars is not enough. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Toronto, and going forward I will only be staying at the Adelaide. Accommodating is an understatement. I’ve stayed twice now with my wife and two kids and every member of the staff we encounter goes out of their way to make the entire stay an amazing experience. This is definitely a high class “swanky” place to stay, but that does by no means make it not kid friendly. From the crib (that is quality and on rollers so you can continental move from the bedroom to the living room during the night), to the lighting, not a detail is missed. If you have children of any age, this is the place to stay.

  Went for dinner at the Adelaide Hotel, beautiful experience over all. I have gone to the hotel when it was Trump, with the name change, should do some revamping of the place but the place is exceptionally beautiful. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, wonderful customer service (the manager and servers), the food was delicious and presentation was exceptional. Will definitely go again. Thank you for an amazingly perfect birthday dinner.

  Stayed at the Adelaide for a weekend in Toronto. To say that this place has customer service down to a T is an understatement! Upon our arrival we were cordially greeted and our bags taken to our room. Check-in was processed in less than 10 minutes on an extremely busy Friday afternoon. Our room was phenomenal, large King + Suite offering that allowed us to sleep in comfort with the amenities of home. Extremely clean, well finished and comfortable room. Special thank you to Mr. Ali Merchant and his team for the efforts and assistance during our weekend stay, they truly made it a trip to remember.

  Miła i profesjonalna obsługa w barze. Klimat w.lokalu nie powala.na.kolana za to widok super.
