  AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! I would give this a zero star if I could. I bought a phone from here a few weeks ago because I was picking it up through a store after I had closed a deal over the phone with Telus. When it came to purchasing the phone, I didn’t even get a proper receipt that stated EXACTLY what I had bought. Instead, it was just a receipt of the amount I paid that would print out of those debit/credit machines. Fast forward...I’m trying to return a phone that I’m not completely satisfied with. I first call Telus to ask about returning it, but get told to speak to the store since I had bought it through them. The same guy (Elie) that served me (who is apparently the manager as well) tells me I can no longer return the phone since it is past the 15 days return policy (BY 4 DAYS!) and says it’s not even in their system to be able to do a return after 15 days. He tells me to call Telus customer service, even though I had JUST spoken with them 2 minutes prior to calling this store, and see if they can credit me instead since there’s apparently no way to do the return. But the thing is, he never even told me about the 15 day return policy when I had purchased the phone a few weeks ago. I even asked what every single policy I was signing for was and NOWHERE did he say that I had 15 days. I never even got the physical receipt that stated what I had purchased that day where it would’ve also stated the 15 days policy at the bottom. He claims he told me about the policy the day I went and that they usually email the receipt, but I can 100% say I was never informed nor did I get a physical or electronic copy of the receipt. TERRIBLE customer service on their end. Didn’t even try. Just told me complete nonsense without even trying. Blames you for their mistake.

  Went to buy a Sim card, a line up of 5 people and one clerk serving them. After 10 minutes, the clerk was still with the same customer so I left. Nice to see nothing has changed since the last review.

  Waited for a long period of time. Wasnt helped all i wanted to do was buy a phone charger... under staffing problems. Or the manager thought he didnt have to work. There was a lineup and he was just sitting in his office watching us wait...

  I dealt with Elei, (forgive me if I missed spelt the name), He was quite nice and went the extra mile to get the best possible deal for my needs! Highly recommended.
