  5/5 customer service 5/5 relaxed ambiance 5/5 selection of teas (international) 4/5 space Being in the heart of the byward market, you would expect high prices and busy environment but with a stroke of luck, this place is heavenly and pure. The prices are fair and the kindness of every worker is put into every cup of warmness they make. The seating is comfy and when it does get busy in those times, the spaces are rare to find. I go here every time I'm in town alone or with a friend. (they're always pleasantly satisfied). Thank you tea store.

  Helpful and polite staff here. I don't know a lot about tea but I certainly don't feel stupid coming here. I've never sat and had a tea here but it looks like a cozy time

  Wheelchair accessible. Huge collection of different tea. Staff on hand to help you find the right kind of tea for you. They also have teafusers, tea pots, trivets, and individually packed tea in a open containers on a moving circular post.

  Absolutely amazing selection and great service. The lady working at night was super knowledgable and friendly. I picked up several different individual tea bags to try out and will definitely be back for more. They have several teas that are canadian made from northern herbs as well as familiar favourite and some British classics. Probably a strange point, but the store has a fantastic smell - warm, inviting, and definitely a tea house. It's not overwhelming, however, more like a nice warm hug in winter. I thought I had lost a pair of mittens there and they were super helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend a pop in!

  A perfect place to explore the world of teas. Great atmosphere, pleasant taste, fabulous service. Tried peach and apricot tea, with blueberry scones with jam and wiped cream. Perfect combination! Will try this again...
