  I am leaving this review here so others like me would not be disappointed too. The representative "David Riccardi" filed an incorrect application for me and left me hanging for weeks. No follow-up, no return calls, and finally he just gave me a no-sense answer on my file.

  ここでクレジットカードを作ったのですが、スタッフ間でのコミュニケーションが上手くいっていないのか、かなり振り回されました。 クレジットカードは大切なものなので、こんなに信頼のおけない銀行の支店で作らなければよかったと、とても後悔しています。 受け取り拒否をして解約しようかと思ったほどです。

  Well, I like to think that they're doing their best.Then again I think their best is mediocre. Recently I was there to pay my bills. You just say where to pay and how much that's it. it is so simple. Yet one day later I realised TD representative that day put the money to another banks' card that I don't use. I went there again and told them the situation but because another bank involved it may take some time they said, like a month or two, to take the money back so I paid for the same bill second time and they gave me 5 dolars worth coffee shop gift card. They're sorry. So, I recommend you to, unless there is no other way than to step in and interact with them, only use their ATM.

  The most frustrating part of this branch is they never have anyone at the front desk to answer the phone and they check their voicemails every 2 weeks it seems.
