  The service at this branch is non existent. Called and left two voicemail messages and NO return call. Impossible to speak with a Human Being!!! You guys need to work seriously on your customer service.

  Terrible service... they take more than 30 minutes with one customer and dont worry about the customers waiting in line...

  Banking in Canada is outdated. They still use checkbooks (long processing time) and are closed off / dont have contact with any other departments in the branch which means a lot of miscommunication (ATM sucking credit card for no reason then freezing my account with no exponentiation ). But the staff are nice people, they will make you feel right at home and customer service has been great.

  Worst and slowest branch for TD. They need more stuff on front line to handle the lines. The day I was the ATMS where only cash and no cheque.

  Terrible service at this branch, the staff dont know what they are doing. Send me off with a bank draft with no signature and cost me lots of money. The line ups at this branch are huge and take forever. Also they never answer the phone for some reason.
