  Staff are not knowledgeable. Don't waste your time here. While the downtown bank may be slow, at least the staff knows what they are doing.

  I have important business to be taken care of and they can't even have some answer the phone when I call. Just message that says they will try to return the call before the end of the day.......pathetic.

  They messed up on my Wire transfer. Just never had a good experience at this branch.

  Poor service been here an hour with only 6 people in front of me the one of the two girls worked by has no idea what she is doing has the same customer the whole time unreal this is Fort McMurray we don't have an hour to wait now I'm late for work thanks td bank.

  Today I went to the bank and waited nearly half an hour in line with only two people in front of me. There were only two people working at the counter that did not seem like they had enough training at there job. The manager kept going good back and forth between the two of them. You would think that on a Friday they would have more then two people there to help the customers or at least two people that are properly trained.
