  Staff are not knowledgeable and give incorrect information without checking. Created major headaches for me that I’m still sorting out. Beware of staff at this location.

  Their branch manager Dominic told me to close my account if I don't value TD's service more than RBC lol

  Since the Prince of Wales branch was closed, this branch's hall is busy all the time. I'm not impressed with TD about this. Tellers are nice though.

  There are 8 computers at this branch for customer service and only 2 people working! Every time I go here I have to wait 30-45 min for a simple banking request! Unbelievable

  I love TD bank, their new ATMs are amazing, also they have the free coin counter, great place to get rid of my change. Service with tellers can be slow though - same at any bank.
