::This is my home branch and hours been cut to TD bank hours. I bank with TDCT for 8-8 CT hours. If they are going to service level of other banks it is not good and some friends have moved to internet banks. I have notice in some recent interactions with easyline and branch that TD is getting fee hungry. They charged my mother $1 for an interac transfer for a seniors account that should have been fee free by saying interac is new and not exampted when type of account was signed up. They tried to recommend an unlimited account which has a $30 monthly fee for a senior or no fees with 5k minimal.. completely unnecessary for a secondary account at TD of a senior with 10 transaction or less in the last year!!! Some other banks offer free interac etransfer for all customera. I also had a discussion for years now with different level of the branch up to a previous branch manager that their high interest saving account pay NO INTEREST FOR WHOLE MONTH if you even go less than 1 day under the 5K. I think i asked for it to be escalated but no changes in policy for over 10 years..

::I went there to deposit a business cheque into my business account. I'm a car dealer and the cheque was from a big automotive finacing company. The cheque was only $5000. The clerk said they'll put a 5 day hold on it. That was ridiculous and frustrating. I asked to see the branch manager. She was rude and arrogant. I threatened to close my business account and go with another bank. She did not care... I will never ever go there again. TD management should investigate this matter and employ people with good customer service skills.

::Each and every time I've been in this TD Branch I've received great customer services. And despite what the news has said, no teller has every tried to pressure me into signing up to anything. Yes they've asked but always in context to the reasons why I was there. Great customer service agents.

::Pretty close to our home, 10 minute walk. It has ATMs and enough parking space for a small branch. It has a drive through ATM too. Service is excellent.
