::What I liked about the place: lots of options for various Brands and types of phones, lots of accessories such as screen protectors and cases. What I didn't like: poor customer service, arrogant know it all staff and unable to resolve issues in store. I recently purchased a phone from the booth and about 2 weeks after my purchase I started having some hardware issues on my Google pixel XL. Presenting the issues to the representative in the store he persistently told me that I had to bring it to the original store I purchased it from. He also told me that the issue I had would resolve itself. This is all contrary to what the Google technician told me on the phone prior to bring it in. I would never step foot into the store again nor would I buy a phone from this company. The store takes no ownership on issues nor did they assist in any way possible. I hope people have a better experience than I did.

::I was not impressed at all by the service here. I know sales people want to sell you more than what you want. After ignoring the handful of sales questions and clearly stating what plan I wanted the sales person signed me up. That went fine, but he was quite rude and basically since I wouldn't let him sell me anything else, he simply did this as fast as he could to get me out of the store and on my way. I wasn't sure how to pay my prepaid bill online and stopped by later to see if he could just set it up for me, since that is where I bought the sim card and all. Barely even acknowledged I was asking him questions and acted as if he could care less that I asked politely for some help. I got the sim card, set up for prepaid, but that was it. Since I already had a phone I was stuck with only a limited other phone companies that would be compatible with mine, (other than Bell and Rogers) and if I knew the customer service was so rude and terrible I would have bought a different phone earlier to use WIND instead.
