  I was a little dissapointed as i called and machine said they opened at 830am. But i i waited too long with staff just staring at me. Nobody asked me anything. When they opened up at 10am she said hours had changed and there was a mistake communicating. It was said well it says on the door i should have seen. Lol

  The broker we dealt with did not seem to know what she was doing and we were able to get our car insurance for $1,000 cheaper elsewhere.

  Possibly the most spectacularly unhelpful company I've encountered. While trying to sort out a relatively urgent matter I called and emailed several times over the course of 3 days but could never get hold of a broker or had my calls returned. Resolved my issue after a 5 minute conversation with one of there competitors. Do not recommend

  Very pleased with service and prices. Staff are friendly and knowelagable. Old family business.
