  Never had a bad meal or bad service until this last visit. I will give it another try I will just ask to be seated in a different area.

  Love this place. Always stop there when I am in the city. Best food in Thunder Bay.

  2 of the 4 adults had cold food !! Not happy and one asked for mild food ended getting very spicy food two times !! Waitress was very nice and very good. Thanks Paris !! 🙂. Value is good !

  At least you can get in here to eat unlike BPs. BPs did me a favour I enjoyed the chicken and ribs good coffee great friendly service!!

  Dec. Ordered meals to be delivered from Swiss Chalet Thunder Bay, asking them to put the festive portion of the order on the side. We didn't receive what we paid for...the festive portion of the order was missing. We called, were kept waiting on the phone forever. Finally, we were promised it would all be made right. It's a day later and we still have not received our entire order. Ordered Lemonade.....received Pepsi (YUCK) or tea. Ordered Broccoli, cheese soup in Jan. Soup delivered w/ no cheese. Delivery drivers inconsistent...some have you sign on prepaid orders - others don't. Sick of this place Ordering elsewhere
