  trouble service! I dont even want to give one star! I bought a regular price item from the outlet store.I called everywhere that is the only store have the piece available! I went all the way there they dont let me use my $50coupon,so I have to pay the full price.then I though I can return and rebuy it from a regular price store,coz it is a full price item! then,i was told I can only return or exchange to the outlet store! I dont understand if it's a full price and newly launched item,why cant I return it from a different store! or why cant I use the coupon in a outlet store! ? ur system sucks! customer service sucks!

  Don't ever try to return anything. The receipt says you can get a full refund if you return the item as purchased with the receipt. But, when you get there, they will only let you exchange or give you a gift card. They will NOT refund anything. I even pointed out exactly what was printed on the receipt. To bad, it's store policy. Don't believe what is written on their receipt!!!

  If I could rate this 0 stars I would. My husband bought me two pairs of earrings for Christmas and that I do not like. They have never been worn and I never took them out of the box. My husband can not return them due to health regulations. I think this is terrible customer service and there should be expections.there are also cleaning chemicals that kill all bacteria even if I tried them on which I did not because I do not like them. I will never ever go to Swarovski again in future for jewelry.

  They have excellent customer service to encourage you to buy very sparkly things for a lot of money.

  Bought an anniversary gift which is a few days before my birthday. On my birthday they sent me a 20% discount. I just wanted the difference and they wanted me to bring the product back to do that. I ended up returning the gifts. Too much trouble to get a discount for your birthday. Thanks for ruining my birthday.
