  Pricey laundry service (50 dollars a retail sized paper bag!?) But to be fair I don't use such services (though if that's the going rate I'm in the wrong job). As soon as they know we only wanted the coin operated machines they immediately lost interest and started talking to the next customer. I'm not convinced they actually do coin operated (apparently all full. An entire wall of them), so correct me if I'm wrong. After p*****g about trying to find a coin operated place, some info on one would have been helpful (first one we went to was temporarily closed due to fire). It's just rude to immediately start talking to the person after even if you can't help. Just say you can't!

  My boyfriend brought the owner all his clothes, he owns 30 jeans, 30 shirts, they ruined a good portion of it, they spilled oil or something on his favorite sweater, most of his pants lost color/are now faded, he has white shirts with black dots all over them. My boyfriend didnt post a review because he said the owner was nice but refused to admit they ruined his clothes, I told him people should know, nice owner or not. Nice owners, awful service and quality assurance, they ruined 20,000$ in clothes. Avoid like the plague if you have nice designer clothes. They ruinned Paul Smith clothes, Gucci, Louis Vutton, Helmut Lang, Belstaff, Helmut Lang.

  Great service. 6 hours and everything was back clean and nicely folded. 3 shirts perfectly pressed and a big bag of underwear and t shirts for $ 50. Would have been over $ 300 in our hotel (Pacific Rim). Thank you Swan Laundry!
