  Great prices! I ordered a dresser, chest and nighttable, since they didn’t have any in stock I had to wait a few weeks which was fine. However once I received my furniture and opened the boxes at home I realized the chest was damaged which was pretty disappointing. I was very worried I would have issues returning the chest... I brought it back with box still intact and also took photos. They checked the box to make sure it wasn’t damaged and then agreed to exchange the chest. I was quite happy with the outcome. George was excellent! I will definitely return to Surplus Furniture.

  Surplus is a Furniture store, with a wide assortment of available sales on some rather nice merchandise. The outside lot has plenty of parking spaces,l available, with a wonder inflatable arm flailing tube man, dancing about by the front door. Upon entering, staff are quick to acknowledge your presence, while ensuring that maintain the satisfaction of the current patron they are with, as they become available, they are eager to assist you with finding everything that suits your needs. They are more than willing to answer any and every question you have, as my wife and I had plenty of questions, and each one was answered wonderfully, with details we needed to make a purchase. As we finished our transaction, the associate assisted us with various methods of payment, along with information regarding warranties on much of the furniture. This additional information helped us to determine we wished to make an additional purchase, and completed the additional transaction afterwards. Prior to exiting the store, we made arrangements for delivery, which is conducted by a separate, but partnered delivery services, note that they are paid separately for their services. As we exited the store, we left with a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, as we achieved what we wanted to do, and we obtained a great deal on it. I would definitely recommend visiting this establishment, if you are interested in purchasing living room, bedroom, or other furniture for your home.

  Great employees who were super happy and actually wanting to help me find the perfect mattress while telling me the truth about cheap ones. I didn't have to worry about securing the mattress to my car, they took care of all that for me.

  Excellent atmosphere created by the sales personnel and the warehouse environment which leads to the feeling of getting a deal and there is actually a deal to be had. Friendly service, but it does present a problem to the senior and disabled as the product arrives in need of being put together. The delivery people do not provide that service. Otherwise a great place to shop for furniture.

  Bought a couch set from them yesterday. I love it. The team that works there is was super friendly and energetic, I actually had fun while shopping there. I will recommend taking your time and not jumping on the first thing that catches your eye. I didn't get the couch i originally wanted, but am happy i took the time to find a better fit for me
