  I impulsively posted a negative review when I received an email telling me that my suit would be delayed and the fabric I ordered was no longer available. As it turns out, this was simply the result of an automated system error and all my worries were misplaced. Once he saw the review, the store manager quickly called me personally to clear up the confusion and was extremely professional about the whole ordeal despite some strong, negative language I used to describe his store. I have to say I'm incredibly surprised at the sheer level of concern this store has shown towards customer satisfaction, and I look forward to shopping at Surmesur for all my future formal attire needs.

  As a gift to my son we brought him to Surmesur. He was treated well and the custom garments were completed as expected. My son has purchased more custom shirts as a result. Recommend Surmesur

  Outstanding service ! Thanks to Surmesur-Ottawa specially to Cassie, Todd, Tom AND of course to the tailor. Thanks for the patience and the hard work helping me to get that perfect suit.   Tried a few tailoring services and this is the best! Highly doubt one can get the great service and quality for the price they offer anywhere else.

  I always had issues finding clothes that fit me well so I thought I'd try out Surmesur. Honestly it turned out to be the best shopping experience I ever had. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They always remember my name and are eager to help out with designing the clothes. The clothes are extremely well made and because they are made to order, they fit so comfortably and well, I feel like a million bucks wearing them! The quality and price are excellent and the service is top notch.
