::I bought a car through Roman and Tarig, they sold me a car that had a malfunctioning AC (without letting me know ) and when I went back they refused to look at it, and said they don't inspect all used vehicles! ( like what kind of BS is that ) , made me pay for an extra plate that I didn't ask for, and even though it was their mistake , I had to pay for it; there were so many lies told to me; oh and the minute you make the deal , there will be no support, and if you try to reach them good luck; NEVER NEVER DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN; Oh and before you make your purchase, they ask you for google reviews!!!

::Just purchased a New Elantra GT , I was extremely stressed about buying a new car . I had done my homework but still was not too sure what to do . Well Brother Joe ( Salesman) was incredible , a genuinely kind , and positive person to deal with . Not pushy and very knowledgeable!!! Also dealt with Connor Reid (the Manager ) who went above and beyond !!! Last but not least was Sean Kelly in finance another great person who held my hand threw the financial stuff . ::My engine light was on so my repair was urgent. I called and I was transfered to service, waited in queue 20 minutes then was told to leave a message which I did. They never returned my call. This is the second time this has happened to me. Except for when I went in for a recall, I have always had bad service at this dealership (mistakes made my mechanics, no shuttle when promised, excessive wait times, etc. and am often bothered by their salesmen to trade in my car even if I've asked to be taken off their lists repeatedly. I no longer get my car serviced here.

::Unexpectedly awesome experience car shopping and buying at Surgenor Hyundai on St-Laurent in Ottawa. Sales rep Hedi Rasouli was totally on point, knowledgeable, and did a terrific of getting me the SUV I wanted with best option package for me. Kudos and thanks also to Service Manager Jayce, and managers Chris and Sean. Highly recommend you check them out when car shopping. They did a great job, and I felt their purpose was always to work with and for me. I simply could not be happier wit the experience, and my new vehicle.
