  Some of the management in this company appears to be in bed with some of the contractors in Fort McMurray. They pass inspections on homes to be sold only for the homeowners to find out that there are MANY MANY things not to code! structure and electrical seem to be a constant miss. They side with contractors to the degree of refusing to "get involved" by never allowing the homeowners or homeowners to be to report possible dangers to an almost finished home build. You aren't allowed to escalate a problem within their company or by-pass management as they refuse to take calls from residents. "They never hear you out!" How they are in business is beyond many of us!!!
