  This review is for Oliver: I came back from vacation and found my hot tub frozen completely frozen… I call Sun spa the gentleman is Oliver and told him what happened so he told me to take it apart the bottom and put a heater for 3 to 4 days. So I've done that and make sured everything was fine and able to restart it . You could've tried to send someone and cost me a lot of money but instead help me on the phone and now the hot tub is running and no crack and no the repair at this time to be done. As an owner of a company I was very impressed what he did and how he help me and how much I want to say how much I appreciate the saving of my hot tub… you guys Rock 👍

  Very honest upfront salesmen. Dan and Ken were great. Got my tub 1 month ago, and ran into technical issues - called Dan, he sent a service tech over within an hour. Great product, even better service. I Highly recommend these guys

  We just bought our Aspen hot tub from SunSpa. We absolutely love the hot tub!! The customer service has been amazing and its so nice to work with a company who actually wants your business and keep you as "part of their family!" We are extremely satisfied with our product and even more so with the service we have received and open door policy for any questions we may have in the future! Thank you for being such a wonderful business!!!

  I bought my Jacuzzi from another retailer which I later learned discontinued operations in Calgary. I was in need of a leak repair in addition to a pump replacement so I decided to give SunSpa a try. It's not often that a company in this category would give off a team oriented vibe however, this one had it down to a science. The experience from the first phone call through to the warranty work and the extra services I had performed were top notch and the entire experience was extremely friction-less. I would also like to speak to the knowledge of the people that I communicated with as they knew most of the problems simply by telling them what I was experiencing- I am now a customer for life. Keep up the great work team!
