  I am giving four stars out of five because customer service wasn't the greatest. I will give Sunrise huge props for having a great selection but after picking what I wanted to buy I had to wait at the cashier for a few minutes (cashier didn't acknowledge me standing there but he did look at me) and after he was finished doing what he had to do he asked me why I was standing at the counter. Other than that Sunrise Records in Midtown is pretty decent and they have very good comparable prices to Amazon as far as LP's go.

  Only getting the second star because of the vinyl selection. Otherwise the customer service here is terrible. Exactly why people aren't in the stores!

  Just opened but all ready great welcoming service, good selection but will grow in time, couldn't have picked a better store to open for music, DVDs and more

  This place has lost my business. First time I've ever been in the Saskatoon store and the lady that's working 100% ignores all the customers. They don't have the new album that I went to get. The answer I got from her was rude and unhelpful. Guess I'm buying it online. HMV was so much better. Don't go there unless you want rude and unhelpful service
