This hotel is conveniently located in the downtown core of Windsor. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. However, parking is a little scary because of the narrowness of all the spaces and I was always worried about my vehicle. The elevators are very much in disrepair and the stairwells stank of alcohol etc. The hallway on my floor was also in disrepair and dirty. There are several better and cheaper hotels in Windsor.

Was under construction and the website didnt mention that, so at 7am there was banging. The hotel smells, halls smell like garbage, the rooms smell like smoke. The staff was not helpful or friendly. Its an overpriced motel 6 if you ask me. I say NO The water pressure in the shower was good though...

This hotel is pretty much in the perfect spot if you're visiting from the states. It's just around the corner from getting out of the tunnel. It's also just a block from the main downtown strip. It's also really not that expensive. One thing I noticed that was pretty neat is that they have special parking spots for IHG members, so if you're not already part of that free program, you should be. The room in general and the bed are pretty stand fare for a Holiday Inn. Check-in is a little interesting in that you need to park in the "five minute" spot, go inside to check in, then go the rest of the way to the parking spaces.
