  Surprisingly very nice furniture and good value. Well laid out store. Employees are helpful but leave you alone to browse.

  Great store! We purchased so many pieces from here - shoe rack, sofa, night tables, chest dresser. Great service and quality. Special and huge Thanks to Lorissa - she is very attentive and very pleasant to deal with.

  Structube is a weird shopping experience that reminds me of life before the internet. They have many locations but each one of them has unique item stock. The one I went to claimed to have some of the couches I was looking at online, but they were not present in store. This is after I called and was told that these couches would only be at this location. Anyway, the store itself has some good items and some bad ones, although I will say they tend to have furniture that can work well with smaller spaces.

  I love this store! It has some nice modern furniture for decent price! I purchased a coffee table from there and I am very pleased! The staff are always friendly and helpful when I have needed them! I would say this space is a little small so items are not always available in store, however they are quick to order and deliver!

  I went to Structube (college st) for the first time and placed a big order. My things arrived a few days ago. I started the assembly process and noticed a missing component...so I'm unable to finish the assembly. I get that these things happen with deliveries, but the 1 star is for how it was handled. The customer service here is non-existent. Your issue is not treated as a priority, the attendant was initially rude, and almost everything has to come from Montreal (their main store). They did not have the unit I purchased in store so I have to wait for almost a week to receive this missing piece from Montreal. No confirmation email, nothing. Working by faith and still waiting. Never shopping here again.
