  They try to shove the delivery service which is nit cheap... almost $90 on anything... I liked a $300 Sofa, a small one, and they wouldn't bring it to their store for me to pick up later... they would just ask you for almost 1/3 of the price for delivery!!!

  Great prices, staff were very friendly and gave great advice on how to assemble my new Picasso coffee table which looks great! I will definitely shop there again !!!!

  I would give them NO stars if there was an option. Absolutely the worst customer service you can get. Staff comes in damaged, they send wrong parts, when you tell them about on the phone the don’t even apologize for messing up the order and delivering damaged/wrong staff. When sending replacements they want to charge for delivery again! They charge for every delivery for things that are out of stock! Extremely rude personnel. 1 order is dragging for for 4 months already!!!

  Just putting my experience out there. As someone who usually studies reviews before going anywhere I didn't when we went into Structube and made a purchase. When I got home and started reading some of these reviews I got insanely nervous. BUT our experience was pretty good! The workers in store were friendly enough and we went on a rather busy day. The only thing we encountered that could have been better was when we found out our road was closed part of the day when we were scheduled for delivery we were told to contact the delivery company directly. And I feel like it's kind of structube's job to deal with that not us? anyways the delivery guys scheduled around our road closure no problem and we got our furniture in perfect condition right on time!

  This store has a well designed show room, great products and competitive pricing but their customer service definitely has room for improvement (as proven by the previous reviews). I've ordered 3 items from this location and 2/3 times was not contacted when my order arrived, this as well as other issues. If you don't mind hounding them for answers and repetitively calling the location then you might not mind your shopping experience here as much but if you do then I suggest not using the Ajax location as your choice for pick up. As someone who has worked in the customer service field for a many years I recommend that the management/ higher up read these reviews, listen to them and learn from them, if they don't then people will get sick and tired of paying money for a product and receiving poor customer service (making them feel like they are not valued customers) and take their business elsewhere.
