  I have to say comparing to my own personal experiences with the other Ford dealerships in the Ottawa region, Sterling Ford is by far the BEST Ford dealership to get your vehicle serviced at! Chad Laham is the guy to talk to when you go in... with the FANTASTIC service Chad provides , that alone will keep you wanting to go back! With their new updated look, this makes the wait a lot more enjoyable then previously with complimentary hot/cold drinks, fresh fruit & muffins! As long as this dealership stays standing, I will forever be a life long customer! Keep it up Chad & friends!

  Couldn't be more happy with our decision to use Chris Soucy and his team at Sterling Ford to buy our new Escape. We had browsed at several Ford dealerships in the area but ultimately decided to purchase through Chris in part to how straight forward and honest he was with us. The number of variables when buying a new vehicle can be overwhelming, but he simplified things for us which made the process that much more enjoyable. Top notch service, I'll definitely be recommending Chris and his team to my friends and colleagues who are in the market for a new vehicle!

  I was dealing with Gino Ritchot since July about buying a truck, I went to 3 other Ford dealerships, from day one he had the best pricing, the best customer service and was very helpful. I finally bought a truck from him this week and the experience was great from start to finish. Great help, great price, put me in a beauty of a truck and has been very helpful every step of the way. John in financing was fantastic in finalizing my deal. I completely recommend Sterling Ford and go see Gino! Although I’m sure everyone there is very good too.

  Bought a truck from Sterling Ford and won't ever buy a truck anywhere else. Very friendly environment, great bilingual service and amazing staff. Thanks to Gino, the best salesman I've ever met, our family is now riding in a brand new truck. Thanks again Gino for making our experience with Sterling Ford a great one! I recommend anyone to go see Gino you will not be disappointed.
