  This was such a great place. We were visiting Hamilton for a wedding. We got there waaaay ahead of check-in time because we took a red-eye. Despite this the staff were very accomodating and got us an upgrade to a suite on top of things!! One day we woke up late and thought we missed the breakfast...which we did. But again the amazing staff opened up the buffet again so we could eat! All through our stay were were just amazed at how lovely everyone was. This is where we will stay if we visit Hamilton again!

  Here for a work event overumver of days at different times periods. Service is great. A quiet environment. Overall I am pleased

  Location was great, we stayed here when we wete in town for a comedy show, so it was a short walk to first Ontario centre. The room was nice, and the breakfast at the hotel wasn't bad either. Would definitely stay here again.

  Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast, rooms were clean, clean hot water indoor pool. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Thank you for making our experience an extra enjoyable and pleasant.

  My experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. Parking was easy and secure inside a parking garage that can only be accessed by your room key. The rooms are in top shape in terms of cleanliness and visual appeal. Everything that was requested at booking was honoured. On top of all that, the service from the staff was fantastic. I will definitely return to this establishment if I ever need to stay in Hamilton in the future.
