  With being able to order drinks in the phone now it can take at least 20 minutes before you get your drink even if there's no one in line. The points system isn't as good, not a large selection of flavoured syrups, the new way the baristas have to make drinks now definitely slows the process is there a bunch of orders. Also all their food used to sourced locally but everything is made in the states and shipped up here.

  The staff are always friendly, washrooms are clean and there's an outdoor patio. Also, it's not overly busy so you don't feel rushed.

  I feel the staff at the Pine Centre location is more professional than here.
