  Dissapointing. Brought my son this morning when he needed a break from his routine for breakfast. They didn’t have any high chairs. Please buy a high chair, you have families living above you in condos who will utilize them. Until this changes, i cannot recommend this location.

  Very good service for such a busy location. Seating is limited. The staff are very competent and welcoming.

  Excellent customer service, good music volume, cozy atmosphere. The decor is what you’d expect from a Starbucks - mostly warmer wood paired with classy black detail. Not the most upscale Starbucks, but is clean with a good amount of seating! Staff are very friendly. It’s a quieter cafe - amazing for studying! Easy to bus to with the 6, 7, or 14. Being a downtown location, there isn’t free parking.

  This is a great Starbucks location that is open late for your convenience they have very fast service and they are located right downtown. The building is very clean the staff is friendly they have the full regular menu those new sous vide egg bites are absolutely delicious. A great place to get a warm drink on a very cold auto a day!

  I was served two employees at the 455 Bank street Ottawa location: Julia and Madeline. I arrived at 8:45am Saturday January 20, 2018 and was met by their cheery, smiling faces! They were very pleasant, personable and polite, AND making my order all at the same time. When I asked them what time they started they said 6am. Wow! Even 3 hours into a shift and I would have thought that I was the first person they served that day! They also mentioned how much they loved working for Starbucks and what a fantastic organization it is. This truly speaks volumes about the business and how they treat their employees for the staff to voluntarily speak about it. Thank you to Starbucks (and Madeline and Julia) for the wonderful experience I had this morning.
