  My drink, the green tea latte, was made perfectly. I'm very picky, and usually it's good but not perfect. That day was a different story. Great location with amazing staff. I will be back next time I tour the city!

  I simply love Starbucks. The service is impeccable. They are great at making sure that you enjoy their service. If you don't like your beverage and you let them know, they will replace it.

  Coventry rd store made the worst mocha frappe. Had to ask for them to be remade 3 times. Still no coffee or mocha flavour. Went to another shop... Perfect. Retraining required if the bottled drinks from the grocery store are 10 X better.
