  I've been to other coffee shops that are much cozier than this one. It felt very impersonal for a coffee shop.

  They know my order as soon as I walk in and are very quick in a clean environment.

  For me it's hard not to love Starbucks. If you are in a real rush you can order from the app and pick it up ready. The staff are great they do a great job of attracting happy energetic staff(Maybe it's the caffeine lol). I only buy maybe 2-3 lattes a week so it's not a daily stop a Starbucks but I know when I go that I will get awsome service and a good experience. One of the reasons I go to Starbucks is for the selection of milk, being lactose intolerant there are not many other drive through places to get a latte with either almond or coconut milk. The only thing I would think Starbucks should work on is there food selection, as a gluten free vegan, it's often just easier eating at home. Starbucks does have a decent menu with relatively good foods on it, I just think it time for more of the good.

  Just overheard a phone conversation with manager and someone who's drink was wrong. She had just got to work and couldn't come back, so the Manager actually got her name, work address and right drink order and was driving one over to her!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Holy cow! That's why this location is my fave! :)
