  I am a Starbucks regular but I only go to this location when I am leaving the gym for convenience. However, I have had only one good experience ( I wish I remembered his name). Most of the time they do not acknowledge me even when I am the only customer at the pick up counter (I mostly do mobile orders) and even when they are not doing anything (this location keeps the mobile orders out of reach most of the time). They have botched my drinks multiple times and they are not complicated, they are drinks straight off the menu with no modifications. I also double check my mobile orders to ensure they go through/ have the right location and I have had to ask them multiple times for whether they received my mobile order. Instead of looking they just say "no, are you sure you did it right". I then have to pull it up. They then "find" it and it's usually already put on a cup, just no one had bothered to make it. Mistakes etc happen but since I go to this location rarely compared to others, it is ridiculous how often I have a negative experience.

  They don’t know what are they doing, not properly trained - can’t even make a smooth cafe late.

  Very nice staff, made me a new drink without question when I clumsily knocked mine right off the table. You guys are the best!

  Oh god I wish I had payed attention and got the name of the fantastic employee who just made my day when I walked in. Smiles all around, incredibly friendly and helpful. Super fast service and a comfy corner in which to do some last minute homework while I plug my phone into a nifty USB outlet. Loved it.

  Had a problem that the supervisor should have been able to solve. Just told me to call the call centre.
