  I never write reviews (I dont care enough) but I need to warn people! I have never had a terrible Starbucks experience... until I came here. Yesterday was my first time at this place. When I ordered my drink, the two baristas made me feel unwelcome and kept rushing me. I understand that it's busy in the morning, but please don't be rude. To top it all off, I even got water splashed at me! 😢 I decided to come back this morning to give this place a second chance. I was helped by the same barista as yesterday, but she seems to be in a better mood today (still frowned at me though). I ordered a latte, and I'm sorry that I have to say this, but this is the worst latte I've ever had in my life. It tastes like watery milk! 🤔 Um, where is the coffee? Anyway... I shall never return!!!

  If I'm going to frequent a chain of any sort, i generally expect the same type of service offerings in all locations. Because this location is co-located in a hotel, they don't always offer the same types of promotions that you can get elsewhere. If that doesn't really matter to you, then, meh, it's a Starbucks.

  Totally disorganized. Long wait times, in line. Two cash open, but they each jump in when a customer asks a question, so super slow. Six people ahead of me, took nine minutes to get to the front. On drinks, three people were training the new person, with only 1 person making drinks, half-heartedly. I'm all for team work, but this is inefficient. Best of all, no one was smiling. Every one of them was flat faced and almost rude, even with a bright smile and a "good morning" from customers. I'd rather walk down a block.

  Worst Starbucks ever: no wi-fi, no refills. Go south one block to a real Starbucks.

  Meh this isn't a full service one, emphasis on service, staff seems cranky, no eye contact, have a good day as an after thought, I prefer the Albert street location. Flat white came out like a latte, pretty bitter, just like me when I left :p
