::Worst experience ever! Made an order in the store for delivery. The driver did not even try to deliver the item three times. Item was shipped back to the warehouse without receiving a notice. When I called the customer service was not helpful at all, they only upset me even more. I recommend NOT to shop here!!

::Don't expect to get good customer service from this store if you order something online and choose to pick up in store. Basically they are reluctant to help you out because they are different stores . I just had the worst online shopping experience with Staples , missing package from the shipmet without further notification , but also the staffs were not helpful in the store . Store manager Tod was rude and reluctant to look up things when I asked for their help.

::Friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately, they printed a very sensitive document I sent in to print twice and handed one copy to another customer by accident. Another document was meant to be stapled but wasn't.

::WORST EXPERIENCE! Terrible process and useless staff ... Went in yesterday to get 6 photos printed. 3-6 hours quoted wasn't ideal but its holiday season so I guess they're busy. I didn't receive a notification they were complete so I called this morning to confirm. Staff member told me they had transferred the order to their warehouse (because of the paper choice I made) and wouldn't be ready for a few days. Thankfully, he then offered to print them for me immediately (on whatever paper they had) so I made the trip downtown from north van to pick them up. When I got there I was told it was impossible for them to print my photos now since they had been sent to the warehouse, and whoever I talked to on the phone "must be new." Avoid this business and use any of the numerous other options that offer 1hour photo prints!

::This store has excellent customer service, great selection and rock bottom prices ( I believe they have price matching). A really good place to shop for all your office and home entertainment needs.
