  Excellent colour copying service for reports. Staff very helpful and competent.

  I just printed my final exam papers at the local Business Centre here at Staples (11 pages for $1.37 in total with taxes, very good high quality paper) and got some wonderful sheet protectors for them. There's a lot to say, but the point is that it's a great store with wide variety of goods and very knowledgeable staff. People here are very helpful and friendly.

  Had no intention to shop here, but thanks to Best Buys (Y&D) offering no customer service, came here. Staff were VERY helpfully.. enthusiastically too. They price matched the items I needed and I left very happy!!

  Matt in photocopying is very helpful. He has great people skills, is always lending a hand and helpful to find items in the store for you.

  Just tried to print one sheet of business cards. Apparently "business cards are a long process," so I would have to wait a week. I asked if they could just print out my pdf sheet and I could cut them out myself. Employee then told me their printers wouldn't align both sides correctly. I told him I had aligned them myself in adobe illustrator and I would like to try anyway. He then changes his story and tells me they're actually backed up on orders for at least 48 hours. Felt like I was having a petty argument with someone who was trying their best not to help me. I've printed these exact business cards elsewhere with zero conflict, pretty sure this guy just didn't feel like doing his job.
