  I often send in same-day prints for scrapbooking. The staff are always kind, but I very rarely actually get prints the same day (even though I always order them before noon as the website says). It's always that something breaks, or someone forgot. Everyone is always very nice about it, but it's extremely frustrating that I never get the product they are advertising. The same thing goes for calling- I'm always told to call for updates but no one EVER answers the phone, so I actually have to go out of my way and drive there for an update, which is frustrating.

  Very knowledgeable, helpful and overall excellent customer service each time I've gone to have services done at the Copy/Print Centre at Staples!

  Went to get a few supplies today, and we were immediately greeted as we walked in, by a young man. He seemed actually HAPPY to be at work, and genuinely interested in helping us find what we were looking for. He made small talk, briefly and let us know where we could find what we were looking for. It was so refreshing to have a nice shopping experience like this one. The shelves were well stocked, and prices were easy to see. Store was clean. Overall, a good shopping experience.

  Warning. Do not order any Cell phones online, they take forever and God forbid if you should have to return it. I waited over 12 day's for my cell phone. They assured me that it would take 3 to 10 business days.. Then when I returned it to staples they make you wait 10 days to get your refund. They threatened to call police when I demanded they erase all my information in front of me. They told me nobody knew how to do it . What a big lie. The manager was useless. I had to call my friend to walk me through on how to erase my phone. I thought staples Would be easy. There was nothing easy about. I will never set foot in the Strasburg store in Kitchener again. Beware of this poorly run and under staffed store.

  I had a wonderful experience at the print centre with Josh. He helped walk me through each step of printing my document and went into detail explaining the best quality options for my project. He was very patient with me while I was making my decisions and never talked down to me. I have had poor experiences before at this Staples, so the excellent customer service Josh provided was a pleasant surprise. He also realized I was a student and was kind enough to give me a student discount which was much appreciated. Over all I was very pleased with the service I received today - thank you Josh!
