  Spoke with Adnan to set up a tenant insurance policy and he was very polite and courteous. I did not feel pressured to choose any of the add-ons, and he made sure I understood my level of coverage. Great customer service and very competitive prices!

  I am in absolute shock how poorly their operation is, I have been insured with them for over 2 years, and every single time I have been clear about my property and what it is, and now out of no where they say they are unable to insure my type or property, I suspect they lost their ability to cover certain types of properties. They only say they are being so kind to keep me on for 2 months while I am left shopping around for insurance. Don't bother with them, unless you enjoy getting surprises that they are unable to cover you out of no where. Not to mention the rude service on the phone how they think they're being so wonderful to give 60 days notice. If you want long term, don't bother with this company.

  Signed up for tenant insurance. Online process was quick and easy, showing results immediately. An added bonus, no agents are contacting you minutes later to pressure you into purchasing. Square One leaves it up to you to make the decision and provides a policy number to quote for future use. Love that you can customize your coverage making your policy unique to you. By adding and removing different options it's nice to see how each affects what you end up paying. Also like that each section includes a description of what it is referring to and includes examples of what is covered and what is not. There are no hidden fees. Before purchasing they make it clear that: 1) you pay the first 3 months in full and then monthly after that and 2) there is a $50 cancellation fee in first 12 months (or until $50 paid in premiums).

  An agent can make or break a relationship. Fortunately speaking with Daniel M (redacted for his privacy) was a positive experience. He was attentive, empathetic, a stellar listener and more importantly patient in understanding my specific needs. They are non-commissioned based but he certainly deserved a little something extra for his efforts today.
