  I’ve been a client of this restaurant since it opened its doors. In the beginning it was great. The original staff were top notch and the food really good. Unfortunately they were not able to maintain this standard, things now are rather different. Food is still good but sometimes I’ve had undercooked rice. I still think this is the best Japanese restaurant in Fort McMurray though. I miss the glory days of Spring Moon but still enjoy it today.

  Never had a bad experience!!!! Friendly fast service!!!! Excellent food!!!! Reasonably priced!!!!! I highly recommend Spring Moon!!!!!

  Called for their delivery service and when I ordered the lady on the phone was very rude. As I was ordering the food for my family she was like you want ALL THAT?! 3 orders? You eat alone? I was like excuse me I’m ordering for 6 people so rude. Delivery was normal and food was ok but the overall experience was bad. Will never order from them again. I recommend the soliki in Thickwood.

  No value....4.99 for a cup size won ton soup. Server was rude...tried to force me to sit where I didnt want to. Food was not too bad ut once again overpriced.

  Nice and clean. Quick service. I went there twice. I specifically like different Bento boxes.
