  Best customer service in the damn world plain and simple instead of selling me a whole new helmet and straps and chin guard they took my old helmet and retrofitted it with all new stuff and only charged me for the chin Garden strap not for all the little knick-knacks or a little insert bolts or the J Hooks for the clips or it's time to do it all he just did it to make sure that my son was safe and when he was playing hockey that is customer service he sold me what looks like an almost brand new youth helmet the sticker was half price and I got 15% off top of that too this is a top-notch Class Act store who needs to buy new equipment .People like this make a buck off the old stuff and not 50 on the new. But if they dont have it old they have it new and a fair price

  Pretty good selection and decent prices. Tough to say if better deal with the store or not but no hassle of people who don't show when selling on Craigslist . We will be back.

  I give very few reviews. However, my recent, 1st experience at Sports Replay deserves one. It was excellent! Kurt asked me right away if I needed any assistance. He was very helpful, working with me to find the used hockey gear I needed, in great shape, and affordable. I gave him my list, he led me around the store and found everything, giving me multiple options and advice. He never once made fun of me for being an older, slightly out of shape guy, workin' a sexy Dad body. The young lady at the register was pleasant also. I was in & out in 30 mins. If you're looking for a decent, affordable selection of used gear, and great customer service, drop into Sports Replay. Ask for Kurt!

  Shopped for many years at this store, mostly satisfied with product and price points. However one of the part owners with gotie beard made our last two visits miserable by comenting how “out of control” our kids are. The tip of the iceberg was when he talked to my spouse “ why are you still here,? Where is your husband, he had his skis picked up 10 minutes ago, you should be out of here long ago”. I guess looking around to buy more goods is not appreciated with kids in tow. They are active, yes but not out of control and supervised. None of the other staff had an issue with them. What an insult to your customer who bought another pair of skies, hockey stick and other several smaller things that day. So sorry we spent too long in your store. Perhaps we should shop elsewhere in future.
