  Called to see if they'd take my twins' toddlers bikes, the girl says yes on the phone. I drove the bikes over, only to be told by the bikes guy he wasn't going to buy them because they had too many kids bikes. When I asked for the manager, Stephanie at the time, to express my frustration , all she had to say was "I'm not sure what to do here, mistakes happen, it must have been one of the new girls on the phone. It's his decision (the bikes gym). Horrible customer service!

  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great prices and excellent shopping experience. Will come back to buy more gear in the future.

  I've bought a pair of skis and boots with adjustment for $490. Boots were new Salomon low model but quite comfortable. Skis were used but works well. Base in good condition same like bindings. Adjustment done properly. I took the advice of staff member and buy smaller size of shoes and hi was right. They fit well. Probably I could find something better for this price but if you are on holidays and looking for something ready to go in 30 minutes Sport Junkies is the right choice.

  I have had Great experiences at Sports Junkies. It’s a great environment and very helpful staff. The woman who worked upstairs in the snowboard department was unbelievably helpful. Very kind and helped me out right away when I was looking for a snowboard. She mentioned to me this package for my snowboard and boots and right away I was interested. I’m pleased to say I walked out happy and with a wonderful snowboard to ride this season.

  Sport Junkies is the best!!! I got a pair of used Gore-Tex mountaineering boots for only $90. They would have been around $300 new. My feet have never been so warm and dry! The also have a great selection of new sports and ski gear. Lots of different varieties of clothes and shoes but a more limited selection of sizes just because they're a discount store. Definitely worth a visit if you like a bargain!
