  Some deceptive promotional activity going on at this location. A simple 15% discount offered by the sales rep was slowly revealed to be a credit card application after providing my PII. Pretty sad way to get people signed up. Shame on Sport Chek for allowing this kind of thing

  The staff in the clothing department are very helpful and kind! Unlike other stores I've shopped at, you don't feel as though the staff just want you to buy anything and everything. They give their recommendations & were pretty knowledgeable! Even though the store is small and they don't have a lot of sizes, the employees were willing to check other locations near you and call the store for you to make sure they have it. The store's surprisingly pretty organized for such a busy place.

  Just had my skates 'sharpened' at the Eaton Centre Sport Check location. I asked for a half inch cut as I usually do and they ground the blade flat. I couldn't bite into the ice at all. This is the second time in 6 months this location has done that. I will not be returning. Had a call back from the place and was told that there are a couple of people working there that you can trust with your skates. My advice is to make sure you know the person working at the Sport Chek shop is competent (i.e. they have successfully sharpened your skates a couple of times before) and that you know what your blades feel like after you get them sharpened to your specifications so you can check them after they are sharpened (again mine were rendered flat so it was easy to tell had I checked). Anyway, the advice from the Sport Chek Rep was honest and they did call me back. I might go again if I can't get to my new hockey place (Just Hockey) or the other place I found does skates well (Goalie Heaven). They are both worth the trip.

  Great location. Super helpful staff and lots of available staff to assist us. Great customer service. I was able to find the perfect hiking Boot for my trip to Iceland. My boyfriend also needed ski boots. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped him find a great ski boot for this winter.

  Called before going to ensure they had a product. Arrived only to find out it's only available at a warehouse. Waste of time and energy. Staff need more product knowledge and stock.~~~ Llamado antes de ir para asegurarse de que tenían un producto. Llegado sólo para descubrir que sólo está disponible en un almacén. Una pérdida de tiempo y energía. El personal necesita más conocimiento del producto y de valores.
