::Horrible customer service. I have tried both ordering online then picking up in store and simply buying in store and both have been repetitive horrible service. They cancelled my online order because they didn't have the size I ordered with out contacting me. I only found out the order was cancelled when I finally went into the store to inquire about the order. Buying in person was not helpful either. I knew what pair of shoes I wanted, I had already previously tried them on. The associates in the shoe department were heading to the back to grab a pairs for other customers and would not grab my pair. I was ready to buy on the spot and they ignored me. I finally left after standing around for 20 minutes waiting for service. It wasn't even a busy that day! Inexcusable service in my mind. Shop other locations if possible.

::This is a great sport check to buy at and by fat one of the largest I've seen. They have a basement that is 3 or 4 times the size of their main floor.

::Terrible customer service. Decided I would try Sport Chek, despite terrible reviews, as I required a shoe for the gym. Told staff exactly what I did in class and what my concerns were, staff member was very arrogant and told me he didn't know anything about my gym class, and I I told him I needed a shoe for basketball then he would be able help me. He brought me one shoe, asked if I wanted to take it after I had tried it on, then when I said this was not the one for me, he snorted. I asked to try on 3 other pairs in size 8. NO Size 8's available in any of the shoes, and he didn't even offer to show me anything else. This employee was more concerned about leaving work than helping a customer. I cannot even believe Sport Chek would hire such terrible customer service. I guess the reviews don't lie.
