  The Indian girl who works st the check out is horrible. She paid no attention when check out my items and tried to put other people’s stuff in my bag. I brought three items to the check out she lost one and claimed I didn’t have it with the first time. That my first experience shopping in Prince George not coming back again!

  Horrible customer service!!! Not once during the half hour we spent looking at shoes, (not mentioning the other half hour we spent wandering the store) did one single sales associate approach us inquiring about our needs. Was willing to spend money there, but after today I am never going to set foot through those doors.

  Really appreciated the service I got this last week when I went runner shopping at Sport Check. I know customer service should be somewhat expected but the experience I received was above and beyond. I truly appreciated the extra time ( I believe it was the manager and his name was Valentine) spent explaining how shoes and put up with me trying to find a good and reasonable runner for work. I believe I was in the store for well over a half hour and walked out with not one but 2 pairs of Aasics and for under $100.
