My kids had so much fun; a safe environment, everyone try to behave in a disciplined way, the place is clean and well taken care of

On a hot summer day, this is a great place to bring your children and a picnic to relax and have fun. Clean washrooms, outdoor showers, grassy areas and beautiful landscaping make it a pleasure. The area is fully fenced with three exits (one past the washrooms and two into the playing fields) so it's easy to keep an eye on your little ones and they don't escape. The grassy areas around the park can be tight on a busy, warm weekend but I've been on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and we had 5 feet of space between us and the neighbors. There are a number of young trees, and a permanent red umbrella for shade. Three picnic tables have extended table tops for wheelchairs or strollers. The facility is fully wheelchair/stroller accessible. The washrooms are quite clean, with separate men's and women's. No water fountain unfortunately. Bike parking is just outside the fence. The 23-space parking lot is a bit on the small side, especially considering the tennis courts and walking paths immediately adjacent the splash park. However there is lots of street parking.

over crowded. the fencing is so close to the splash park with little to no picnic tables or shade . if the fencing was extended or even removed there is little to no frowning hazard with no pools and people could use trees for shade and be able to spread out. it's a pain to have such a small space around the splashy park with so many people and little to no shade . get rid of those gosh darn fences.
